Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is direct to your door. 

We use a variety of companies to deliver your purchases.

The price you see is the price you pay (Unless other wise specified on the particular product).

All our soy wax candles, bath salts, insect repellent sprays and reed diffusers are hand made by us in Sydney. All orders will be sent to you when the payment has been confirmed. 

Odyssey by Three Women (OBTW) is  not responsible for the time taken to deliver the parcel or any delays experienced by the courier/delivery service.

OBTW will use the delivery address as provided to us by the customer. It is not the responsibility of OBTW to check the delivery address for errors or verify the delivery address.

Parcels will be sent ATL (Authority to leave) - OBTW is not responsible for any parcels missing or stolen from the address to which they have been delivered.

Some parcels may be delivered to PO boxes or held at post offices or collection centers. OBTW is not responsible for the delivery method choses by the courier or delivery service. 

OBTW will assist the customer and make reasonable attempts to locate and redirect missing parcels when appropriate.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery for most products are between 3-10 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 days for express shipping. Once the item has been dropped off at the post office or picked up by the courier we no longer have control over the parcel, if shipping delays are experienced please contact the courier services directly where possible. 

OBTW does not ship world-wide currently. International delivery charges will apply unless stated.
